The health and safety of our customers and couriers is of the utmost priority, and we’re dedicated to supporting all who are working tirelessly within their communities to provide a medicinal cannabis delivery experience our users can be confident in.

With the ongoing news of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Canada, CWW is taking additional precautions across our network in addition to the recommendations and guidelines set out by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Government of Canada.

Sealed Packages

We are now sealing all our packages that are delivered to you.  This limits added exposure and the potential for unnecessary contact.

Packaging of Product

We only allow one person to package each product in a room that is disinfected multiple times a day.  That person wears gloves and a mask while packaging up your order.

Contactless Delivery

We’ve implemented Contactless Delivery as an option on CWW, limiting unnecessary contact between customers and couriers. Since we are delivering medicinal cannabis I.D will need to be checked.  If you are existing customer put in the notes that you want to have contactless delivery.  If you are a new customer you will have to upload your ID so we can verify your age.
